The scores above tell many different things about my personality and my work ethics. It shows me how I think, my best working conditions, and what I might need to work on to become a better partner in my team . In life a lot of the times we have to work with people and we have to be good communicators and even if we don’t like to, we have to be able to work well with others. The personality assessment can tell you traits about your personality that you didn’t realize, and it gives you the chance to change and adapt so that you are able to work better with others.
My low D score tells me that I am team oriented and that I have a high quality for problem solving. This can come in handy when for instance, partners in my team can’t find an agreement point, with my low D score I will b the middle man and am able to find a common ground between the two. It can also allow the team to communicate without somebody in the group yelling and getting upset, almost set as a peace maker. The low I score tells me that sometimes I don’t work well with people and do better on my own. This is a good and bad thing, showing that I am independent and sometimes do better without the help of others on my work feeling more organized and gives me a better way to gather my thoughts. But at the same time I also need to open up and be willing to take the opinions and the help from others. Not have things be my way or know way and take the creative opinions that others might have to offer.
My mid S score means that I sometimes can think and analyze hard before making my final decision. For example, reviewing all of my work before actually turning it in, and making sure that I check for errors. But at times I am also willing to take risk and sometimes with the gamble still gain a good product. For instance, taking a chance and adding a creative or extra spin on a project and just hope for a good outcome. My last score is a low C score meaning that I am a perfectionist and expect everything to be done perfect and won’t turn it in without the best quality. Like making sure I over look all of the things I am going to turn in to check for any errors. The word DISC tells what works for you best and lets you know what you can change to become a better group for our business class.
